- Access to your Travel Documents, either printed or on your email
- Clothing for all weathers
- Jacket/Windbreaker/Waterproof
- Helmet
- Day bag to fit into one of the paniers or to wear on your back
- Sunglasses
- GPX App
- First Aid Kit

- Insect Repellent
- Refillable Water Bottle

- Good footwear and change for evening
Arrival / Travel Information
Please note that you will need to arrange your own transport from the start and end points of the trip.
Arrival by Car we are more than happy to ask your first hotel if you can park in their carpark for the duration of your trip or find you a suitable long stay car park so that you can make more of an adventure of your cycling holiday. If your holiday doesn’t circle back to the same start point, we can speak to our supplier to try and support you with a transfer.
Arrival by Train if you decide to travel to your destination by train, you will be able to soak in some incredible sights along the way. It’s generally a cost friendly and more sustainable way of travelling and you can get to the majority of Europe via trail travel.
Arrival by Plane usually the quickest way to get from A-B. If you need to know the local airports or which airport is more convenient for your trip, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would recommend using Skyscanner for all your worldwide flights. Sometimes we can offer transfers from the airport to your first hotel if you would like us to get you a price, please let us know.
If your inbound flight is delayed, please check your travel documents which includes the local helpline telephone numbers. Your rental bikes and all of your info will be waiting for you when you arrive at your destination, so please just keep us informed.
